LOCKING
the silence
of the libraries
causes fear
as much as the silence
of cemeteries
both are silences
with content
locked
books are solid
compounds of dead lyrics
that only have life
when they are opened
the dead are
indecipherable bones
that only have life
when they are remembered
gestures and memory
are things of noisy people
while silence
is inherent to the dead
the secret of death
stays in the silence
of the libraries
or in the silence
of the cemeteries?
who will answer us:
the gravedigger of books
or the bookseller
of the dead?
